She kept in touch by phone, text, and email to let us know how things were progressing and what was needed to move things along. She also worked well with the closing attorney, since we opted not to go to the closing. We did not want to pay for staging, so she brought in some accessories from her own home (new towels, a side table) to spruce up the empty spaces. And, on top of all that, we had two offers in about a day! All it all, it was a great experience.”
